A passion for art

Hello! My name is Saphira, and I am a small artist based in Aarhus, Denmark. Art has always been a significant part of my life. Growing up, I was surrounded by a family who cherished creativity. My grandfather's oil paintings and my grandmother's illustrated children's books were constant sources of inspiration. My grandmother spent countless hours drawing and teaching me, nurturing my love for art with the help of books.

I have been creating art all my life, and my passion led me to take an Art and Design course, which I completed over three months and paid for myself. Additionally, I have five years of experience within the tattoo industry, where I have honed my skills and expanded my artistic horizons.

My journey as an artist has naturally evolved into a deep passion for illustrative tattoos. I believe that art and tattoos are one and the same, each offering a unique and special medium for creative expression. Tattoos, however, hold a distinct place in my heart. They are not just art; they are a personal and permanent form of storytelling that becomes a part of someone's life.

My work as a tattoo artist has profoundly influenced my work as an artist and painter, and vice versa. The precision and creativity required in tattooing have honed my skills and pushed the boundaries of my artistic abilities.
